Shipping Information

Domestic Ground — $10 flat rate

Pick Up — There is no charge if you want to pick up your order from my studio in Circle Pines, MN. Choose the pick-up option when you check out. I will contact you when your order is ready to give you the address and arrange a time.

International — Contact me to discuss rates for international shipping.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

I will gladly accept returns and exchanges if you are unhappy with your purchase! Just contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be return shipped with 30 days of delivery.

Conditions: Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Custom or Personalized Items: Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, they cannot be returned or exchanged.

Guarantee

Please let me know if an item is damaged as a result of a construction error or hardware failure. I want to know about it! I stand behind my work and am more than happy to repair or replace the item. However, I am unable to repair normal wear or damages not related to the construction of the item.
